350 Kingston and QBACC discussed a wide range of issues related to the Climate Emergency including energy production, bans on new natural gas hookups, how rental properties can be improved in energy efficiency when landlords of student housing have little economic incentive to bring properties up to standards and can wait out complaints until the tenants leave at the end of term.
