We hiked at Lemoine Point on Feb 1 in opposition to the ill-conceived proposed amalgamation of conservation authorities

A group of supporters of the Cataraqui Region Conservation Authority met for and a talk and walk.  We learned about the roles and track record of the Authority and about the proposed restructuring which is unnecessary and expensive.  Province wide IT systems and common processes  makes sense and would avoid the costly change of titles, etc.…
