50 by 2030 Kingston is a campaign initiated by 350 Kingston with the goal:

To persuade Kingston’s Council to accept the science based target of reducing our GHG emissions to 50% by 2030.  According to the latest science, immediate and effective reductions in the 2020’s are critical to keeping the global average temperature rise below 1.5oC.
